A Letter from Our Founder
As the founder of Outreach Magic, I watched thousands of businesses use our software to scale outbound. But I noticed a pattern that kept showing up: the most dedicated specialists behind the highest-performing campaigns were consistently based in the Philippines.
These specialists were underpaid by traditional agencies, locked out of elite Western-market sales training, and stuck in roles that didn't reflect what they could actually do. Meanwhile, Western businesses were overpaying for inconsistent talent and getting black-box reporting in return.
We built Lead Gen PH to fix both sides of that. We started in outbound because it's where the bar is highest. If you can run cold email well, you can run almost any revenue role well. The community grew. The certification bar held.
