    We assign a certified operator based on your market and outreach needs.     Onboarding (days 1-7)

    For outbound roles: domain setup, DNS records (DMARC, DKIM, SPF), and inbox warmup. For inbound and ops roles: tool access, SOPs, shadowing, and process docs. The first week is foundation, not output.
