    HeyReach

LinkedIn automation platform for scaling multi-account outreach and lead gen.

How we use and teach HeyReach in the community

What it is, in plain English

HeyReach is LinkedIn automation software aimed at people who need scale: connect many LinkedIn accounts under one plan, rotate sending across them, and run sequences that mix connection requests, messages, profile views, and conditional paths such as treating existing connections differently from new ones.

They also promote a unified inbox for replies across accounts, multichannel handoffs with tools like Instantly and Smartlead, a find-email step inside the product, and integrations with Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, plus API and webhook options for builders.

How we use it on real work

We treat HeyReach as the LinkedIn execution layer. Email volume usually still lives in a cold email platform; HeyReach’s native multichannel hooks exist so both channels stay in sync when the client wants that.

    • Model daily invite and message limits per sender before you promise pipeline math to a client.
    • Use anti-duplication and sender rotation the way the product intends so one prospect is not hit by six accounts by accident.
    • If you feed lists from Clay or Sales Navigator, agree field names and ownership so imports stay repeatable.
    • For reply handling, decide whether specialists live in HeyReach’s unified inbox or push outcomes to CRM and a master inbox elsewhere.

How we teach it in the community

Beginners learn one sender and a short sequence first. Agency-minded folks learn pricing tiers, whitelabel options, and how to document API or webhook events for clients who audit access.

    • Dry run: ten prospects, one branch (for example connected vs not connected), review acceptance and reply before scaling.
    • Discuss Sales Navigator vs free LinkedIn accounts using their own guidance so expectations match LinkedIn’s rules.
    • Role-play handoff to email when multichannel is on: who owns copy, who owns compliance, who owns reporting.

Good fit, and when we’d pick something else

HeyReach is built for specialists who intend to run LinkedIn at real volume with multiple identities. It is the wrong default when LinkedIn is only a small experiment.

    • Good when: agencies or sales teams need many LinkedIn senders, unified replies, and integrations with the rest of outbound.
    • Good when: you want API and webhooks for custom routing or in-house orchestration.
    • Skip or lighten up when: the client only needs light touch LinkedIn plus heavy email (a simpler LinkedIn tool may suffice).
    • Skip when: nobody will monitor account health and replies. Automation without ownership burns trust fast.
