    Expandi

Automate LinkedIn outreach with cloud-based safety and multichannel sequences.

How we use and teach Expandi in the community

What it is, in plain English

Expandi focuses on LinkedIn automation with email as a follow-up channel: cloud-based campaigns, many sequence templates, conditional flows with multiple actions and branches, and positioning for agencies, sales teams, recruiters, and founders.

They highlight compliant sourcing language for some audiences from groups, events, and posts, email provider connections for omnichannel steps, personalization add-ons such as video and GIF partners, global smart inbox, roles and permissions, multiple accounts, white label, webhooks, native CRM sync, A/B tests, and campaign priority controls.

How we use it on real work

We standardize naming for campaigns and duplication rules so agencies do not message the same person from two client workspaces.

    • Pilot one campaign type before enabling all eleven templates.
    • Document LinkedIn limits and Expandi safety defaults in the client onboarding doc.
    • If email steps are live, verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on the mailbox used inside Expandi.
    • Use webhook or CRM sync for handoff to downstream reporting tools the client already trusts.

How we teach it in the community

Beginners draw the sequence on paper before building in the visual builder. Advanced users compare A/B variants and SSI or campaign analytics.

    • Exercise: map conditions for connected versus not connected paths.
    • Review blacklist and dedupe settings as a group.
    • Agency cohort: white label client reporting expectations and permission roles.

Good fit, and when we’d pick something else

Expandi fits specialists who want LinkedIn-first automation with optional email and deep sequence logic. Pure cold email shops may default elsewhere.

    • Good when: LinkedIn is the primary motion and you need team or agency controls.
    • Good when: you want visual sequences, A/B testing, and consolidated reply handling.
    • Skip or lighten up when: the client is mostly email and only needs light LinkedIn touches.
    • Skip when: account safety and monitoring are not staffed. LinkedIn automation needs adult supervision.
