    LinkedHelper

LinkedIn automation for lead generation with auto-messaging profile visits and CRM export.

How we use and teach LinkedHelper in the community

What it is, in plain English

Linked Helper is a downloadable LinkedIn automation app (not an in-page Chrome extension) aimed at safety and depth: invites, messaging chains, InMails, group and event workflows, endorsements, follows, post engagement, boost-post flows, and an internal CRM with tags, notes, and history.

It includes email finder credits for second- and third-degree profiles, CSV export or webhook and CRM pushes, smart reply detection to pause chains, working hours and daily limits, and integrations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Salesforce, HighLevel, and automation tools.

How we use it on real work

We document install footprint because desktop apps touch IT policies. Chains are versioned so reply detection rules stay understandable.

    • Standardize delay and limit settings per client risk profile.
    • Track email finder credit burn against enrichment SLAs.
    • Use internal CRM notes before pushing partial data to the client CRM.
    • Test webhook payloads with one profile before bulk sends.

How we teach it in the community

Beginners build a two-step invite plus follow-up chain. Advanced users stack post engagement warming before invites.

    • Lab: scrape twenty profiles, export CSV, validate fields manually.
    • Review boost-post ethics with cohort norms.
    • Support SLA drill: expect fast vendor response per their claims.

Good fit, and when we’d pick something else

Linked Helper fits specialists who want feature-rich LinkedIn automation on desktop with strong export and CRM paths. Teams that ban installed apps may block it.

    • Good when: you need granular LinkedIn actions beyond basic DM bots.
    • Good when: you want bundled email finder and scraping with chains.
    • Skip or lighten up when: security requires browser-only or cloud-only tools.
    • Skip when: nobody will maintain chains, limits, and CRM hygiene.
